With over 15 years of professional experience and a lifetime of creating his own unique favorites, Sam takes his culinary inspirations and shares them with his guests every night at Sam’s Table.

Simplicity is key at Sam’s Table. Dishes are conceptualized every day with fresh ingredients received daily and prepared with respect for each product.

Sam is conscious of every detail from seasonality, to taste and texture. Inspirations from childhood memories and an appreciation for local nature and fresh produce allow Sam to impress his audience time and time again

Q: What exactly is it that you do?

A: We prepare a meal for you and your guests while you enjoy a glass of wine and your guests. We cook, We Serve & We Clean.

Q: Where are you located?

A: At your house. And what a lovely home you have!

Q: How long does it take?

A: We usually require our arrival 1.5 hours before your first guests arrives and the Three Course lasts around 1.5 to 2 hours and the Five Course 2.5-3 hours depending on pacing and what is on the menu.

Q: What kind of food will you be cooking?

A: Mostly French & Italian Inspired Modern American Cuisine.

Q: How many people Can you Cook For?

A: That’s up to you, between 4 and 8 is a good size for the type of service we provide.

Q: How about Wine, Beer & Spirits

A: We are always available for recommendations but at this time we are a BYOB only.

Q: Are you able to accommodate my dietary restrictions or food allergies?

A: We will try to accommodate most dietary allergies.  The leading allergies or dietary restrictions will have a controlling force in menu development. If there is a gluten allergy all dishes will be gluten free, if there is a red meat restriction no red meat will be served and so on.

Q: How do I give you money?

A: A Deposit may be required but we gladly accept Zelle, Cash or Check at completion of the meal. We currently do not accept credit cards.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We wouldn’t want anyone to steal your spot! If you have to cancel, we need to know five business days in advance. We understand that life is messy, but so is unused groceries.

Q: Is tipping required?

A: Not required in any way but certainly appreciated.
