Chef Sam will personally curate a three-course dining experience for you and your guests. The three-course meal typically consists of a First Course, a Main Course, and a Dessert. All of the ingredients will be hand-selected by Chef Sam and chosen according to quality, seasonality, and the host’s preferences. The dinner service will last approximately 1.5 hours, but there is no rush on our end. Some examples of the courses you and your guests can enjoy are:
