Chef Sam will personally curate a three-course dining experience for you and your guests. The three-course meal typically consists of a First Course, a Main Course, and a Dessert. All of the ingredients will be hand-selected by Chef Sam and chosen according to quality, seasonality, and the host’s preferences.
